it started as a way to alleviate stress in the creative management process. i was juggling ideas, projects, and platforms for years, trying to build an aligned business that supported my real dream of becoming a fantasy author.

but every system i tried either followed traditional productivity advice that wasn’t intended for people like me or forced me to work in ways that didn’t fit how my neurodivergent brain worked.

so i stopped chasing random templates and started designing ecosystems based on my own experience with user behavior design and systems-thinking. it started with the question, “how do i make it easier to do what matters for someone like me?”

hi, i'm morrissa, designer, systems thinker, and storyteller.

after working with a few fortune 500 companies, i noted a lot of misalignment when it came to content operations and not a lot of time/resources/care to fix it.

so being the database advocate that i am, i created this one-person studio to help creators, execs, and coaches out. because we're all struggling in this post-covid, AI-obssesed era, and i enjoy making peoples' lives easier. it's that simple.

i create one source of truth for information and workflows hosted on content management systems for internal use.

in plain terms, i deliver a tailored workspace that integrates your project, people, and content data, including workflow architecture, visual hierarchy, and documentation. it's your digital backbone.

i create systems in notion, airtable, clickup, and asana.

it depends on the project scope. for smaller projects, 1-2 weeks. the duration increases as more systems are added.

every project moves through four relatively similar stages:

1. discover: i'll audit your current setup, workflows, and goals. 2. architecture: i design the relational structure (databases, automations, layouts). 3. build: i'll create the Notion system, style it to fit your brand, and test functionality. 4. refine + handoff: you'll receive a guided walkthrough, training materials, and optional post-launch support.

1. a short onboarding form (to define your goals and tools). 2. access to your current Notion workspace or examples of what you use now. 3. any existing brand guidelines, content pillars, or process notes.

pricing depends on the scope, but i have starting points on my services page. i also will be creating templates for smaller creators.

of course! however, the process and pricing will likely be the same as having a system built from scratch.

yes, i offer monthly retainer for ongoing optimization, updates, or new builds.
